EcoFaith Recovery communities have written a total of 10,220 postcards* to voters in disenfranchised states!
The last day to send Reclaim our Vote postcards is October 15th!
So far we have Lake Oswego UCC, Waverly UCC, Spirit of Grace, Central Lutheran and St. Andrew Lutheran joining our collective effort to see how many postcards our communities can send before the election. If your community would like to be included in our totals please reach out to office@ecofaithrecovery.org!
Get Involved in Postcard Writing to Voter Suppression States
EcoFaith Recovery invites you to organize your communities to send postcards or texts to voters through “Reclaim our Vote,” a grassroots, 501(c)(3) primarily volunteer-run campaign that is part of the Center for Common Ground. “Reclaim Our Vote” focuses on increasing BIPOC voter election turnout through post-carding, texting, and phone banking to voter suppression states.
Below you can see the training video from Reclaim our Vote and Pastor Robyn’s suggestions for how to get started! At the bottom of this page are resources you can use with your community including a sign out sheet and some helpful tips. You can also see our 2024 conversation with Reclaim our Vote founder Andrea Miller here!
